In Sent notifications you see every email, SMS and WhatsApp message Green-Gps sent your customers (reminders, payment received and service suspended notices), the template tests, and whether each send went well or failed. Use it to confirm a customer got its reminder or to find out why it did not.

Why a send fails
| Reason | What it means |
|---|---|
| No email address, No phone number, No WhatsApp number | The customer has no email or phone for that channel. Fill it in on its record. |
| The customer unsubscribed from these emails | The customer used the link to stop receiving your emails. |
| Daily SMS limit reached | Your account already sent all the SMS it is allowed for today. |
| There is not enough balance in your account | Your account has no SMS balance (see SMS). |
| Please insert a valid phone number, Country not available for SMS messaging | The customer's number is not valid or its country is not available for SMS. |
| No WhatsApp template chosen for this message, WhatsApp Business is not configured in your account | The WhatsApp template of that message was not chosen, or WhatsApp Business is not set up (see WhatsApp templates). |
| The WhatsApp template has no name or language | Check the Meta template chosen in WhatsApp templates. |
| Other text | The error returned by the email server or by WhatsApp. |
A failed reminder is not retried. Once you fix the customer's information, it will get the next reminder.
